On March 20th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, relying on the "12381 Public Service Telephone Platform", opened a radio interference complaint hotline and established the Radio Interference Complaint Acceptance Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (hereinafter referred to as the "Acceptance Center"). At present, the reception center has been officially operating for a month and is in good condition, gradually becoming an important window for the radio industry to practice the people-centered development concept, respond to social concerns, and solve problems for the people.

Use your heart and emotions to relieve peoples worries. In response to complaints from the public about the illegal use of radio frequencies and the harmful interference caused by the establishment of radio stations (stations) to related businesses, the complaints were promptly transferred to more than 20 provincial (district, city) radio management agencies in the interference area, and monitoring and interference investigation were carried out according to their responsibilities, effectively solving the problems and difficulties for the public. As of April 20th, a total of 5280 phone calls have been answered, with a connection rate of 97.08%.

Wholeheartedly provide excellent service. Standardize regulations and work processes, select professional personnel with comprehensive business and strong technical skills for on-site guidance, conduct multiple simulated wiring tests, further improve service efficiency and quality, and achieve smooth operation of the acceptance center.

Strong supervision is necessary when it comes to real actions. The National Radio Office guides relevant local radio management agencies to strictly follow the "Interim Measures for Radio Interference Complaints and Investigation" and the "Implementation Rules for Radio Interference Complaints and Investigation", organize monitoring and interference investigation in response to public complaints, timely and effectively eliminate harmful radio interference, and crack down on illegal use of radio frequencies and stations. At present, 19 cases have been reported to have been completed, and 8 cases are still under further investigation and disposal.

Next, the Radio Management Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will strengthen unified guidance on radio monitoring and interference investigation work, organize the acceptance center to continue promoting standardized operation, improve the efficient and smooth national radio interference acceptance and disposal work system, continuously optimize and improve the radio management and governance service capacity and level, and effectively maintain the national electromagnetic space security.
